New for 2024 Fall/Winter- Firewood for Good (F4G) Program
Could you or someone you know use firewood? We are offering free dried firewood this fall and winter for use in woodstoves, wood boilers, and fireplaces. Pickup or delivery within an approximate 10-mile radius from the church. If interested, please contact the church office (814-355-2208 or gbrvumcsecretary@gmail.com) with the following information:
- Name
- Delivery address
- Phone number
- Approximate wood length that you can use (see below)
Wood length options:
- 16" standard (we hope to provide for just about everyone)
- 12"
- random shorts under 12"
Men’s Coffee Crew!
The men’s coffee crew meets the last Saturday of the month in the church social room at 102 Trinity Court at 9 am. This group is open to church and community members. Please feel free to invite others to join in a time of good food and fellowship. The morning will start with a light breakfast followed by a time of fellowship and discussion. Carpooling is available. Contact Gloria Lohr at (814) 360-5675 to make arrangements.
The Food Pantry serves the community the 3rd Saturday of the month 9am to 10am
Women United for Christ, open to all ladies, meets the fourth Monday of the Month at 6:30PM
